How orders reach Egypt

Egypt is served by a short sea route from Turkish ports to Alexandria and Port Said, with an air option for personal parcels to Cairo. Documents make the difference on this route, so the shipment’s papers are completed before departure. We serve Cairo, Alexandria, Giza and Port Said and other cities, so enter the delivery address when ordering and shipping is arranged around it.

How the cost is calculated

Shipping is charged on the greater of actual and dimensional weight after packing. Separate product price, Turkish domestic delivery, service and consolidation fees and international shipping in the quote, and ask which arrival charges are included. Consolidation usually saves with clothing and small items, but compare combined and separate shipping after measurement.

Documents and delivery details

Keep the store invoices and a truthful description and value of the contents, and write the address with the governorate, city, district, street, building number and five-digit postal code, the recipient name and an active phone number. Check current import requirements with the Egyptian Customs Authority for the actual products, and ask about liquids, sprays and batteries before buying.
