Ordering from the store

Decide your sleeping position and the loft that suits you, then order the pillow from the store to our warehouse address with your box number. If the store does not accept your card, send the link and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the pillow price.

Checking at our warehouse

We feel the filling to see it is spread evenly, open the zip and check the seams, smell the pillow for odours, then photograph it with the size label.

Weight and price

A pillow is very light but large so it is often priced by volume, with a reference of 15 to 20 US dollars for a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg), customs excluded, and vacuum packing lowers the cost.

Use and care

Air the pillow in indirect sun now and then, wash the cover as its label says, and fluff it before sleep so it regains its shape.

Filling, size and loft

Turkish pillows include fibre, feather and memory foam types, orthopaedic support pillows and decorated sofa cushions. Decide your sleeping position and then choose the right loft, read the filling type, the pillow size in centimetres and its weight, and check that the cover is washable and its zip works.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: pillows are vacuum compressed in bags and stacked in a carton that reaches Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with the parcel arriving in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and a large pillow is priced by its volume. Hotels and furnishing shops receive a separate offer for quantities.
