Ordering from the store

Write the item list with quantities and order from the store to our Turkey warehouse address with your box number. If the seller declines your card, send the links and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the supplies value.

Checking at our warehouse

We count the packs against your list, make sure caps are shut, the paper is dry and no corners are bent, and photograph the cartons before sealing.

Weight and price

Paper adds weight quickly, and the reference for the medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) is 15 to 20 US dollars, customs excluded.

Use and care

Store paper dry and away from damp, cap pens and inks after use, and spread heavy folders across the shelves.

Items, quantities and packing

Turkish office supplies cover notebooks, pens, folders, staplers, adhesive tape and printing paper. Fix the item list and the quantity of each before ordering, since paper is heavy and pens are small, note whether you need A4 or A5 size, and ask for sealed packs so corners are not crushed and ink does not dry out on the way.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the supplies are packed in sealed cartons and reach Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with the parcel delivered in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and paper is heavy so it is charged by weight. Offices, schools and stationers receive a separate offer for quantities.
