Ordering from the store

Write out your school list, then order the items from the store to our warehouse with your box number, and orders from several stores can ride in one parcel. If a store declines your card, send the links and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the item prices.

Checking at our warehouse

We count the pieces against your list, match the colours and notebook counts, and open the bags and lunch boxes to check the zips and latches.

Weight and price

Notebooks and books are heavy so the parcel is usually billed on weight; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) has a reference of 15 to 20 US dollars, customs excluded.

Use and care

Share the items among the children before school and label them with their names, and keep pens and colours away from heat.

List, quantities and weight

Turkish stationery covers notebooks, pens, rulers, backpacks, lunch boxes and drawing tools. Write the school list first, count the pieces and note the colours required, and remember that notebooks and books weigh more than they look and affect the shipping price more than pens do.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the cartons are packed by weight and reach Syria overland in about two weeks, so order well before school starts. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air in 3 to 5 days for small orders, and by land or sea for many books and notebooks. Schools and bookshops receive a separate offer for quantities.
