Ordering from the store

Measure your bed in centimetres and decide the firmness that suits you, then order the mattress from a bedding store that delivers inside Turkey, writing the warehouse address and your box number. If the store does not accept your card, we buy for you at an 8% commission on the price.

Checking at our warehouse

We check that the outer cover is intact and that the size matches what you ordered, we photograph the label and the pack, and we open a compressed mattress only on your request so its volume does not swell.

Weight and price

A large mattress is priced by its volume, and the reference for the medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) is 15 to 20 US dollars, customs excluded, while a double size is priced after measuring.

Use and care

Open a compressed mattress in a wide space and wait a full day before sleeping on it. If it is for hotels or rentals, review the import terms in your country first.

Type, firmness and size

Mattresses in Turkey range from spring to orthopedic and memory foam, in different thicknesses and firmness grades to suit the back and body weight. Lie on the mattress if you can, ask about the warranty on the springs and filling, remember that a Turkish size may not match your bed, and prefer the compressed boxed model when the shipping distance is long.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the folded mattresses are compressed and wrapped in a strong cover, and they reach Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea for large sizes, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul within 3 to 5 days for compressed models, while for a large size sea freight is preferred. Hotels and rental flats ordering a large number receive an itemised price.
