Ordering from the store

Start from the three dimensions of your mattress, then pick the protector from any home-textile retailer inside Turkey that will deliver to the warehouse address with your box number. When your card cannot pay, our team buys on your behalf for an 8% fee on the item price.

Checking at our warehouse

When the parcel arrives we spread the piece on a table and verify the dimensions, run a hand across the waterproof layer looking for holes, pull the straps, then send you a snapshot.

Weight and price

It weighs little yet takes a lot of room, so pricing is built on the space it occupies in the carton; the reference for the medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) is 15 to 20 US dollars before customs.

Use and care

Launder it once before the first night on it, and keep it away from bleach and hot dryers that ruin the waterproof layer. Hotels should confirm the local import terms.

Waterproof layer, size and washing

Mattress protectors in Turkey are sold in cotton with a liquid-proof layer or in quilted fibre, with elastic straps at the corners. Measure the mattress thickness before ordering because the straps fix the depth that fits, make sure the waterproof layer does not rustle as you move, check the machine wash instructions, and compare the single and double sizes.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the protectors are rolled and compressed in a plastic bag, and they reach Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea, with the parcel handed over in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul within 3 to 5 days, and volume is counted before weight because a protector is fairly bulky. Hotels and hospitals ordering large quantities receive an itemised price.
