How the masks reach Syria

Masks travel by land for about two weeks after the shipment leaves and are delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama. Glass jars are padded and seals are checked before closing, and you track the parcel from your account.

Light weight, risk is breakage

Sheet masks are flat and almost weightless, while clay masks in jars weigh more and can break. A medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) with a reference price of 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded, holds hundreds of sheet masks but only a limited number of heavy jars.

Skin type and expiry

Clay and charcoal masks suit oily skin and hydrating sheet masks suit dry skin, so check the skin type stated. Confirm the expiry date and a sealed pack, and patch-test any new product first. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.

Light but breakable

Sheet masks are flat and light, while clay masks in glass or plastic jars weigh more and need a tight seal. Read the expiry date and the skin type stated on the pack, check the seal is intact before ordering, and patch-test any new mask on a small area of skin.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: masks arrive by land after about two weeks, glass jars are padded so they do not break, and seals are checked before closing. Jordan: land freight suits their light weight, and other skincare items are usually packed with them in one parcel. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman: air from Istanbul suits their light weight, and you should confirm with the importer the entry rules for skincare products in your country before ordering. Charges may apply in each country by value and quantity, and salons and shops ordering quantities get a separate quote.
