What matters when shipping skincare products

Liquids, heat and shelf life

Some liquids and pressurised sprays are restricted in air freight, so ask before buying, and choose factory-sealed packs with a distant expiry date. High heat spoils some creams, so do not leave them long in summer, and ask for seals to be checked on arrival before closing.

Start with your skin type

Write down your skin type before ordering, oily, dry, combination or sensitive, and choose products labelled for it. Change one product at a time so you can tell which one affected your skin, because trying several in the same week hides the cause of any irritation.

Reading ingredients and packaging

Delivery in Kuwait: Kuwait City, Hawalli, Farwaniya and Jahra; in Saudi Arabia: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Makkah; in the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman; in Qatar: Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan and Al Khor; in Bahrain: Manama, Muharraq, Riffa and Isa Town; in Oman: Muscat, Sohar, Salalah and Nizwa. Charges on skincare products may apply in each country by value and quantity, and commercial quantities get a separate quote.
