Ordering a dishwasher from a Turkish store

Choose the width and voltage, then enter our warehouse address and box number when you check out. If the store requires a Turkish phone, ask us to buy it for you through Buy for Me, and we hold the unit for a month at no storage cost.

How a dishwasher reaches Syria

The parcel crosses by road for about two weeks before delivery in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama. On arrival, open the carton in front of the courier, inspect the door, baskets and body, and photograph any impact damage before you sign.

Weight and a reference price

A dishwasher is heavy and sensitive to impact, so weight and volume together set the price. A medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) runs 15 to 20 dollars as a reference, while large appliances are priced for each shipment and need extra padding around the original carton.

Installation after arrival

Keep the supply and drain hoses in the carton, and check the water and power points before the unit arrives. Traders receive a separate quote.

Plug, voltage and the installation gap

Before ordering a dishwasher, measure the installation gap between the cabinets and check the width: 60 cm is standard and 45 cm suits narrow kitchens. Then check the plug and voltage for your country, since some Turkish models are built for a 220-volt grid with a European plug and do not run directly on a different supply. Ask about the number of place settings, the water and power class, and the supply and drain hoses included.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: shipping is by land with delivery after about two weeks in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama, and the dishwasher is heavy so it travels in its original carton with extra padding. Jordan: by land or sea depending on the shipment, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba; sea suits large appliances when time is not tight. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman: air from Istanbul is impractical for a machine of this weight, so compare the parcel cost in the shipping calculator with the local price before ordering. Any charge in each country depends on value and quantity.
