Ordering a digital piano from a Turkish store

Before paying, review the key count and what the box contains: stand, bench and pedal. The delivery address is our Turkish warehouse plus your box number. If the shop refuses your card or insists on a Turkish phone, send us the link and we buy on your behalf through Buy for Me, holding the order free for a month.

How a piano reaches Syria

The parcel takes the land route into Syria in about two weeks and then reaches you in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs or Hama. At handover try the keys, ports and display yourself, and if anything is cracked, photograph it before you sign.

Weight and a reference price

A portable keyboard is light but long, and a cabinet piano is heavy and large. A medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) is priced at a reference 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded, while a large piano is priced by weight and volume for each shipment.

Plug and packing

Make sure the plug and voltage suit your country and that there is a headphone jack for quiet practice. Keep the original carton and padding, since they protect best. Syria may apply charges by value and quantity, and institutes are priced separately.

Keys and stand before ordering

A digital piano is chosen first by its keys and their feel: 61 keys for a beginner on a portable keyboard, and 88 weighted keys for a feel close to a real piano. Then the stand, bench and pedal: some models include them and others sell them separately. Check the plug, the voltage and the headphone jack before ordering, and keep the original carton, since it is the strongest protection for shipping.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: shipping is by land with delivery after about two weeks in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama, and a large piano travels in its padded original carton. Jordan: by land or sea depending on size, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba, which is the cheaper option for a heavy cabinet piano. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman: air from Istanbul suits a portable keyboard, while a large piano is billed by weight and volume together. Charges may apply in each country by value and quantity, and schools and music institutes get a separate quote.
