Turkish Sweets for Jordan: Baklava, Lokum
To buy Turkish sweets from a Turkish store for Jordan, choose products in sealed boxes printed with an expiry date, because fresh baklava has a short shelf life compared with Turkish delight and boxed sweets. Ask for an expiry photo once the order reaches Türkiye, packing that prevents crushing, and avoid chocolate in hot months. Check food import requirements before buying.

Which sweets ship best?
Turkish delight and sealed boxed sweets travel better than fresh baklava, and some stores sell packaged baklava with a longer shelf life. Go by the expiry date printed on the box, not the store description.
How heat affects sweets
Chocolate and chocolate-coated sweets can melt in heat, and syrup-based sweets can leak if the box is not sealed. Plan chocolate orders for cooler months, and ask for a bag that keeps any leak away from the rest of the parcel.
Packing sweets
Cardboard boxes crush easily, so ask for them to go into a stronger carton with padding that stops movement, with nothing heavy on top. If it is a gift, ask for the original box shape to be preserved.
Plan around the occasion
Start early and pick sweets whose shelf life lasts until the occasion, and write the address with the city, area, street, building number and a nearby landmark and an active phone number. Jordan is served overland through Syria or by sea to Aqaba depending on the shipment, with home delivery in Amman, Irbid and Zarqa, and cost and schedule are fixed before departure. The Jordan Food and Drug Administration is the official food authority in Jordan, so check its food import requirements and those of Jordan Customs before buying.
