Organize a list per child

Write each child’s grade and the school list if there is one, then add links for the bag, notebooks, pens and tools with quantity and color. An organized list prevents mixing up siblings’ items and makes invoice review and sorting during consolidation easier.

Choosing the school bag

Read the bag’s dimensions, capacity and empty weight, and make sure the straps adjust and the size suits the child’s age and height. Wheeled bags are heavier and bulkier to ship, so weigh the real need before ordering.

What needs a shipping check

Liquid paints, glue and some markers may be treated as liquids, and calculators or battery tools need a battery-type check. Report them before buying so their acceptance can be reviewed, and do not assume every product listed in the store can be shipped.

Plan timing and cost

School bags are light but bulky while notebooks and books are relatively heavy; combine several children’s orders in one shipment and request the estimate after packing, since the higher of actual and dimensional weight is charged. Write the address with the city, area, street, building number and a nearby landmark and an active phone number, and set a shipment cutoff well ahead of the start of school.
