Track orders from several stores

Record each store’s order number, local tracking number and expected arrival, and make sure your ID is written in the receiving address. If you buy from Trendyol and Turkish brand stores together, set a shipment cutoff in advance and decide what happens if a store is late.

When consolidation saves

International shipping is charged on the higher of actual and dimensional weight of the packed parcel. Combining clothes and small items in one box can cost less than several parcels, but combining large items or boxed shoes can raise volume, and waiting long for a late store cancels the benefit. Ask for an estimate of both options before deciding.

Is repacking possible?

You can request repacking to reduce volume or protect items, but removing original boxes can prevent returns or reduce protection. Decide what stays in its packaging, separate fragile items from clothing, and ask for a description of the final packing if needed.

Preparing to receive in Jordan

Write the city, area, street, building number and a nearby landmark, with the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep each store’s invoice and an accurate description and value of the contents, and check Jordanian customs requirements and whether liquids, batteries and restricted items are accepted before buying.
