What Gratis is

Gratis is a Turkish personal care and beauty retail chain selling Turkish and international brands for skin, hair, makeup and daily care, plus its own label. State the brand, product name and size in your request.

Ordering the right product

One product can come in several sizes and formulas (for oily or dry skin, for example), so send the direct link and state size in milliliters and type. For bundle offers, confirm what the bundle contains before ordering. Turkish words on the page: Cilt bakımı for skin care, Saç bakımı for hair care, Makyaj for makeup, Hacim for volume in ml, İçindekiler for ingredients and Son kullanma tarihi for expiry date. Copy the volume and variant exactly as shown so a different pack is not bought.

Items restricted in shipping

Liquids, fragrances, hairsprays, pressurized sprays and nail polish removers may be restricted in international shipping or handled as dangerous goods, so ask about each product before buying, and focus on non-restricted solid and cream products. Large quantities of shampoo and liquid wash are also heavy.

Shelf life and weight

Liquids and creams are heavy, so shipping is usually charged on actual weight, and for large bottles shipping can exceed the price difference. Ask for enough remaining shelf life at purchase, keep the invoice, and check cosmetics import requirements in the destination country if the quantity is commercial.
