Pick the exact version

One product can be sold in different sizes and formulas for different skin or hair types. Send the direct link and state the size in milliliters, quantity and the skin or hair type printed on the pack, and name an acceptable alternative or cancellation if the version sells out.

Check expiry and batch number

The expiry date and storage conditions are printed on the pack, not always on the store page. Ask for a photo of them once the order reaches Türkiye, and avoid offers close to expiry if you will use the product over a long period.

Liquids and heat

Perfumes, sprays, pressurized cans and flammable liquids need an acceptance review before buying. Creams and heat-sensitive products need leak-proof packing and as much protection from heat as possible, especially in summer months during overland transport.

Plan quantity and shipping

Combine products with your other purchases in one order, keep the store invoice, and write the address with the city, area, street, building number and a nearby landmark and an active phone number. Jordan is served overland through Syria or by sea to Aqaba depending on the shipment, with home delivery in Amman, Irbid and Zarqa, and cost and schedule are fixed before departure. The Jordan Food and Drug Administration is the official body for cosmetics, food and medicines in Jordan, so check its requirements with Jordan Customs before buying.
