Cash on Delivery at Turkish Stores from Abroad
Cash on delivery at Turkish online stores, where a store offers it, is usually for addresses inside Türkiye delivered by a local carrier, not for shipping to the Gulf, Syria or Jordan. If you are outside Türkiye and have no card the store accepts, send the product link through Buy for Me so it is bought on your behalf after you approve a written quote, or buy to your Türkiye address yourself if the store accepts your card, then have the orders shipped to you.

When does cash on delivery work?
Some Turkish stores may offer cash on delivery at checkout, but it is usually tied to an address inside Türkiye and a local carrier that collects payment on delivery. Seeing the option on a store page does not mean it is available for an address outside Türkiye, so check it at checkout.
Why it rarely suits international shipping
When your order is delivered to a receiving address in Türkiye ahead of shipping to you, nobody pays the local carrier on delivery unless that was arranged beforehand. That is why many shoppers abroad complete payment online or through an intermediary buying service.
What if the store refuses your card?
Send the product link with size, color and quantity through Buy for Me, and you receive the order value and service fee in writing before paying; the product is then bought on your behalf and delivered to the receiving center in Türkiye. If the store accepts your card, buy to your Turkish address yourself and save the service fee.
What to check before buying
Separate the product price from domestic delivery, service fees, international shipping and destination charges, and read the return policy before international shipping, because returning after the parcel leaves Türkiye is harder. Ask about restricted items such as liquids and batteries before paying.
