Ordering from the store

Pick the appliance and check its wattage and plates, then order it from the store to our warehouse with your box number. If the store declines your card, send the link and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the appliance price.

Checking at our warehouse

We open the box to confirm every plate is present and the cord and plug are sound, and photograph the inner coating of the plates.

Weight and price

The appliance is mid weight in a compact box; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) has a reference of 15 to 20 US dollars, customs excluded, and several appliances can share one parcel.

Use and care

Let the plates cool before wiping and avoid metal tools that scratch the coating, and unplug the unit when cleaning.

Plates, wattage and voltage

Turkish sandwich makers come with fixed or removable plates, from the large toast press to the disc grill and waffle moulds. Ask about the wattage, the non-stick coating on the plates, whether the plates can be washed, and the plug and the 220 volt operating voltage.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the appliances are foamed inside their original cartons and reach Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, with the 220 volt rating and the plug shape reviewed. Fast food outlets receive a separate offer for quantities.
