Ordering from the store

Note your car model, its year and whether it has factory rails, then order the rack from the store to our warehouse with your box number. If your card does not go through, send the link and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the rack price.

Checking at our warehouse

We match the parts against the contents list, try the clamps and bolts, check the finish for scratches, and photograph the bars, locks and keys.

Weight and price

The bars are light but long and may be billed by volume; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) has a reference of 15 to 20 US dollars, customs excluded, and long sizes are priced after measuring.

Use and care

Tighten the bolts before every long trip, never exceed the stated load, and take the rack off when unused to save fuel.

Width, load rating and fitting

Roof racks sold in Turkey are made of aluminium or steel, some clamp to the factory rails and others to the door edges. Ask which car models it fits, the maximum load in kilograms, how it is fitted, whether a lock is included, and how much wind noise it makes at speed.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the bars are wrapped in foam and reach Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with the long cartons reaching Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air or by sea depending on the length, and the carton length is asked about first because long bars are billed by volume. Car workshops and accessory shops receive a separate offer for quantities.
