Ordering from the store

Choose the tension level that suits your workout, then order the set from the store to our warehouse with your box number. If the store rejects your card, send the link and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the band price.

Checking at our warehouse

We stretch each band fully to inspect seams and cracks, count the bands and handles against the box list, and photograph the tension label.

Weight and price

The set is very light and is mostly billed at the parcel minimum; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) has a reference of 15 to 20 US dollars before customs.

Use and care

Wash the band in lukewarm water and dry it away from the sun, do not stretch it beyond the stated length, and replace it once the surface cracks.

Levels, material and accessories

Resistance bands sold in Turkey come in several tension levels, in latex or rubberised fabric. Read the tension in kilograms, the band length and width, whether handles and a door anchor are included, whether the material sticks to skin or tears under repeated stretching, and whether the set carries an exercise guide.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the bands are bundled in a cloth bag and reach Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with the parcel reaching Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and the parcel is very light so it is mostly billed at a minimum. Gyms and trainers receive a separate offer for quantities.
