Ordering from the store

Know the material and the bead count you want, then order the beads from the store to our warehouse with your box number. If your card does not go through, send the link and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the price of the beads.

Checking at our warehouse

We count the beads and confirm they match, tug the thread gently to test it, and photograph the string on a pale cloth under good light so the true colour shows.

Weight and price

A string of beads is very light and can ride in any parcel with almost no added weight; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) has a reference of 15 to 20 US dollars before customs.

Use and care

Keep them in a soft pouch away from perfumes and damp, wipe amber and wood with a dry cloth, and do not expose them to direct heat.

Material, bead count and thread

Turkish prayer beads include amber, agate, wood and synthetic stones, with 33 or 99 beads, and some carry a tassel or a divider bead. Ask exactly what the material is, check that the beads are even and polished, and make sure the thread is strong and the knot firm so the beads do not scatter.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the beads are wrapped in small pouches and reach Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and a string of beads is so light it barely registers on the scale. Gift shops and Umrah-season sellers receive a separate offer for quantities.
