Ordering from the store

Know your child’s age and weight, then order the seat from the store to our warehouse with your box number. If the card does not go through, send the link and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the seat price.

Checking at our warehouse

We press on the base to see if it wobbles, check the inner edges for any rough spot, lift out the bowl to confirm it detaches, then photograph the seat from both sides.

Weight and price

The seat is light but wide, so it is often priced by volume; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) has a reference of 15 to 20 US dollars, customs excluded.

Use and care

Clean the bowl after each use with water and mild soap, dry the seat before putting it back, and adjust its position gradually as your child grows.

Size, stability and cleaning

Turkish potty seats include a free-standing base for the floor, a reducer that sits on the toilet seat, and toy-shaped versions. Check the stability of the base and the feel of the edges, ask about the age band and maximum weight, and see whether the inner bowl lifts out for quick cleaning.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the seat is wrapped in a protective cover and reaches Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with the parcel arriving in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and the seat is light but bulky. Baby-goods shops receive a separate offer for quantities.
