Ordering from the store

Count your household and usual guests to choose the set, then order it from the store to our warehouse with your box number. If your card is refused, send the link and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the set price.

Checking at our warehouse

We count the pieces one by one, run a finger over the rims for small chips, check the colours match across the plates, then repack them.

Weight and price

A full set is very heavy and billed at its actual weight, with a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) at a reference of 15 to 20 US dollars before customs, and several cartons may be needed.

Use and care

Wash new pieces in warm water before first use, do not stack gilded plates roughly, and avoid moving them suddenly from freezer to oven.

Piece count, thickness and rims

Turkish porcelain dinnerware comes in sets of 24, 48 or 84 pieces with plain or gilded patterns. Work out the piece count that suits your household, compare the wall and base thickness, and see whether the rim is polished and the gilding survives a dishwasher and a microwave.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: pieces are separated by layers of board and reach Syria overland in about two weeks, handled with care. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and a full set is heavy and billed at actual weight. Gift shops and restaurants receive a separate offer for quantities.
