Ordering from the store

Begin by measuring the corner set aside for the child in the room, then enter our warehouse address and your box number at checkout. If the platform refuses your card, share the link and we buy on your behalf for an 8% commission on the playpen price.

Checking at our warehouse

Our staff unfold the frame completely and test the folding lock, examine the mesh, stitching and zips, confirm the mattress is in the box, then send you two photos of it open and folded.

Weight and price

A folded playpen weighs little but takes space, so it may be priced by volume; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) is a reference of 15 to 20 US dollars, with customs not counted.

Use and care

Set it up on level flooring until you hear the frame lock, avoid adding extra pillows inside, then wipe the mesh with a damp cloth and let it dry before you fold it.

Safety, size and folding

Turkish playpens come with mesh fabric or wooden bars, and some fold into a bag or double as a travel cot. Check the hinges and the folding lock, measure the inner floor and height, and ask about the maximum child weight and the mattress base that comes with it.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the playpen is folded into its bag and reaches Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with the parcel arriving in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and a folded playpen is often priced by volume. Baby-goods shops receive a separate offer for quantities.
