Ordering from the store

Measure the picture you will put in and choose a frame whose inner size matches, then order it from the store to our warehouse address with your box number. If the store does not accept your card, send the link and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the frame price.

Checking at our warehouse

We inspect the glass or acrylic for cracks, make sure the frame is joined at the corners and the hook and stand are sound, then photograph the frame from the front and back.

Weight and price

Large glass frames are heavier and sometimes priced by volume, with a reference of 15 to 20 US dollars for a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg), customs excluded.

Use and care

Hang the frame on a nail that suits its weight, keep it away from direct sun so the picture does not fade, and clean the glass with a slightly damp cloth, not a spray that seeps to the edges.

Frame, glass front and hanging

Turkish photo frames range from wooden and metal to painted and light plastic ones, some for the wall and some standing on a desk. Ask about the frame thickness and whether the front is glass or acrylic, check the hanging hook and the back stand, and compare the inner picture size with the stated outer size.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: glass frames are wrapped one by one and travel overland to Syria in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with the parcel arriving in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and large frames are priced by volume not weight. Gift shops receive a separate offer for quantities.
