Ordering from the store

Take two measurements from your animal, the chest girth and the back length, and match them to the store chart before any purchase. Then order the coat or tee using our Turkey warehouse address and your box number, or send us the link when payment fails and we pay for you at an 8% commission on the piece price.

Checking at our warehouse

We look for loose buttons, stray threads and long ties, then stretch the fabric slightly to learn its elasticity and photograph the piece laid flat on a table.

Weight and price

These pieces weigh very little, so the shipment lands in the lowest weight band, and the reference price for a medium carton starts at 15 US dollars and reaches 20, customs excluded.

Use and care

The piece is hand washed and dried in the shade, an animal should not wear a damp garment, and if redness or itching appears take the garment off at once.

Size, fabric and openings

Turkish pet clothes range from wool coats and rain jackets to light tees, with openings for legs and the lead. Measure the chest girth and back length, not just weight, prefer a fabric that stretches and is not rough, and make sure buttons and trims do not come off for the animal to swallow.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the pieces are small and sorted by size in one bag inside a parcel that reaches Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with the parcel delivered in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and the weight is very low even for a dozen. Pet shops receive a separate offer for quantities.
