Ordering from the store

Decide the volume of use at home or in the office, then order the device from the store to our warehouse address with your box number. If the store does not accept your card, send the link and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the device price.

Checking at our warehouse

We run the device for a moment to confirm the blades turn and the bin slides smoothly, and photograph the electrical label and plug before sealing.

Weight and price

The device is fairly heavy and needs a padded carton, and we give the final price after its actual weight, with a reference of 15 to 20 US dollars for a medium carton, customs excluded.

Use and care

Empty the bin before it fills, never pass more than the printed sheet count, and oil the blades with the dedicated oil from time to time.

Cut type, sheet capacity and bin size

Turkish paper shredders come with strip cut or cross cut, and the cut type sets the level of privacy. Read how many sheets it takes per pass, the bin size in litres and the continuous run time, and see whether it accepts cards and staples and has jam and overheat protection.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the machine is fixed with padding inside its original carton and reaches Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, with the parcel delivered in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and the device is heavy so it is charged by weight. Offices and companies receive a separate offer for several units.
