Ordering from the store

Decide the colours and size, then order the lamp from a decor store that delivers in Turkey to our address with your box number. If the store does not accept your card, send the link and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the value.

Checking at our warehouse

We open the box, switch the lamp on briefly, confirm the glass and plug are sound, and photograph it from every side.

Weight and price

The lamp is fragile and bulky, so it is charged on volumetric weight with extra packing, and the reference is 15 to 20 US dollars for a medium carton, customs excluded.

Use and care

Wipe it with a dry soft cloth after switching it off, and keep water away from the wiring and base.

Glass, base and bulb type

Turkey is known for handmade coloured glass mosaic lamps, offered as hanging or desk models with metal bases. Look at how evenly the glass pieces are cut and how firmly they are bonded together, check the base and socket type and that the lamp works at 220 volts, and ask for an LED bulb because heat weakens the glass bond over time.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the lamp sits in a sponge-lined box and reaches Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, delivered carefully in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days with double packing around the glass. Gift and decor shops receive a separate offer for quantities.
