Ordering from the store

Choose the brand, diameter and strap, then order the watch from the brand store or an authorised dealer that delivers in Turkey to our address with your box number. If your card is declined, we buy for you at an 8% commission on the value.

Checking at our warehouse

We match the model and serial number with the invoice, confirm the warranty card and box are present, and photograph the dial and strap before packing.

Weight and price

Watches are small and light, and the reference for the medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) is 15 to 20 US dollars, customs excluded, while their high value deserves firm packing.

Use and care

Set the time and date following the watch manual, avoid pressing the buttons underwater, and keep the invoice and warranty card together.

Warranty, box and water resistance

Turkey sells classic, sports and chronograph watches with metal or leather straps. Buy from the brand store or an authorised dealer and ask for the warranty card and original box, check the water resistance rating printed on the watch before swimming with it, and compare the dial diameter with your wrist because large dials look heavy on a small one.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: each watch stays in its original box inside padding that prevents shaking, and they reach Syria overland in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road, or by air for expensive watches, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul within 3 to 5 days, which suits small, valuable items best. Watch dealers receive a separate offer showing the value and insurance.
