Ordering from the store

Choose the swing at a Turkish store that delivers to an address in the country and add our address and your box number in the delivery field. If payment fails, send the link and we buy for you at an 8% commission on the price.

Checking at our warehouse

We open the pack, count bolts and rings, tug the chains or ropes and inspect the seat for cracks, and photos of the parts reach you before the land road begins.

Weight and price

A metal frame is long and fairly heavy, so it often will not fit the medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) and is priced by volume and weight. A small doorway swing does fit, at a reference 15 to 20 US dollars, customs excluded.

Use and care

Set the frame on level ground and tighten the bolts from time to time, and check the ropes after sun and rain. Those ordering several units for trade should review import terms in their own country.

Type, mounting and load

Children’s swings in Turkey are sold for ceilings and doorways or as a free-standing metal frame for gardens, with a fabric, wooden or plastic seat. Decide where it will hang before ordering, match the maximum weight to your child, and check the strength of the ropes or chains, the fixing bolts and the hand protection.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: metal swings are dismantled and their parts wrapped before travelling overland to the Syrian cities in about two weeks. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea, with the parcel reaching Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, though a long frame pushes up the air freight cost. Nurseries and parks ordering several swings receive a separate offer.
