Ordering from the store

Order the tent from a store that delivers within Turkey and write our address with your box number below it. If your card is declined, send the link and we buy it for an 8% commission on its price.

Checking at our warehouse

The pack is opened, poles and joints are counted and the fabric is examined at the seams, and you receive photos of the contents. The parcel then takes the land road toward the Syrian cities.

Weight and price

A folded tent is light but wide, so it is usually counted by volume. A medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) takes one small tent, at a reference 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded.

Use and care

Open the tent on flat ground and secure the poles before the child goes in, and wipe the fabric with a damp cloth without solvents. Those ordering numbers should review import terms in their own country.

Shape, fabric and frame

Play tents in Turkey come as teepees, castles or tunnels, in cotton or polyester over a frame of wooden poles or plastic tubes. Before ordering, compare the footprint with your child’s room, confirm it folds and assembles easily, and check the fabric is flame resistant and the frame corners are covered.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: tents are folded and travel overland to four Syrian cities in about two weeks in a protective bag. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea, with the parcel reaching Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and a folded tent is light but takes up space. Nurseries and play centres ordering several tents receive a separate quotation.
