Ordering the desk from the store

Order the desk from a store that delivers within Turkey, writing our address with your box number below it. If your card is not accepted, send the desk link and we buy it for an 8% commission on its price.

Checking panels and hinges

We count the panels and screws and test the height mechanism if there is one, confirm the surfaces are free of scratches and cracks, then send you photos. The parcel then runs overland to the Syrian cities in about two weeks.

Volume and price

Long panels take more space than weight, so a desk is usually counted by volume. A medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) suits a small flat-packed desk, at a reference price of 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded.

Assembly and use

The desk arrives flat-packed and is assembled on receipt following the guide. Set the height so both elbows rest at the desk edge, and those ordering desks in numbers should review the import terms in their own country.

Height, surface and lighting

Children’s desks in Turkey come with fixed or adjustable height, sometimes with shelves or drawers, in MDF, wood or metal. Before ordering, measure your child’s height against the desk and chair, confirm the work surface fits a notebook and a computer, and that the edges are rounded rather than sharp.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: desks are taken apart and travel overland to Aleppo, Damascus, Homs and Hama in about two weeks, each panel wrapped. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba, and sea suits several desks together. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, but big panels raise the cost, so air is better for a small desk. Schools and nurseries ordering many desks are given a separate quotation.
