Buying the room from the store

Order the room from a Turkish store that delivers inside the country and enter our centre address with your box number below it. If your card is declined, send the set link and we handle the purchase for 8% of its price.

Checking pieces and flat-pack

The team opens the cartons and counts the pieces against the store list, confirms the surfaces are free of breaks and scratches and that screws and the assembly guide are included, and sends you photos. The pieces then head overland to the four Syrian cities in around two weeks.

Volume and price

Volume governs the cost. A medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) holds small pieces only, so a full room is counted by volume, with the carton reference price at 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded.

Assembly at destination

Pieces travel flat-packed and are not assembled before shipping. Avoid hazardous materials and ensure the paint is lead-free; those ordering furniture in quantities should review the import terms in their own country.

Size, material and flat-pack

Kids bedroom sets in Turkey are sold as a bed, wardrobe and small desk, in MDF or painted solid wood. Before ordering, compare the mattress size with the bed, look at the surface finish, and make sure the pieces come apart and go together easily with an assembly guide and enough screws.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the pieces are taken apart and sent overland to Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama in about two weeks, each in protective wrap. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba, and sea is cheaper for a full set. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, but the large volume makes air freight costly, so small pieces only are advised. Furniture ordered in bulk is quoted separately.
