Buying the device from the store

In your order with the Turkish store, enter our collection address and your box number beneath it. When the order fails on your card, just send the device link and we buy it with 8% added to its price.

Checking layout and batteries

The box is opened on our side to read the key letters and look for the tiny USB receiver in wireless sets, and we take photos for you, then the parcel moves by road to the Syrian cities and reaches them after roughly two weeks.

Weight and price

Their weight is low, so a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) holds more than one together, at a reference price ranging between 15 and 20 US dollars by region, with customs counted separately.

Batteries and layout

Bundled dry batteries are normally accepted, but built-in rechargeable ones call for checking their rules before you order. Computer traders ordering quantities should treat their own country’s import terms as the reference.

Layout, connection and type

Keyboards and mice in Turkey are sold wired, wireless over Bluetooth or with a USB receiver, and some are mechanical for gaming. The key layout matters most: many are Turkish or English with no Arabic letters, so ask for English or add Arabic stickers.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the devices arrive in four Syrian cities by road after nearly two weeks, still in their factory boxes. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and they are fairly light, so they combine easily with computers. Computer and stationery shops after volume get a dedicated quotation.
