Buying the puzzle from the store

Buy the puzzle from a Turkish store that delivers within the country, with our centre address and your box number. If your card does not work, use Buy for Me by sending the links and an 8% commission is added to the game’s price.

Checking boxes and wrapping

At the warehouse we check that the clear wrapping is intact and the box has not been opened and photograph it, then it travels overland to the four Syrian cities and arrives in about two weeks.

Weight and price

Puzzle boxes are flat and stack tightly, so a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) takes many, with a reference price of 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded.

Missing pieces

One missing piece spoils the whole puzzle, so ask the store to guarantee the piece count. For commercial quantities review your country’s toy import terms.

Piece count, age and image

Jigsaw puzzles in Turkey start at a few dozen pieces for small children and reach a thousand pieces for adults, with cartoon or landscape images. Choose the piece count by the player’s age, and check the thickness of the board and that the picture matches the box.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the puzzles reach the four Syrian cities overland after about two weeks, in their original boxes without pressure on them. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba depending on size. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and the flat boxes stack easily into one carton. Toy shops and bookshops ordering quantities receive a separate quote.
