Buying the unit from the store

Buy the humidifier from a Turkish store that delivers within the country and write our centre address and your box number. If your card is refused, send the links through Buy for Me and an 8% commission is added to the price of the unit.

Testing the unit before shipping

We open the box at the warehouse, confirm the tank, base and cable are there and photograph them, then it travels overland to the four Syrian cities and arrives in about two weeks.

Size and price

The box is bulky but light, so a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) may hold one or two units, with a reference price of 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded.

Voltage and cleaning

Make sure the 220 volt rating suits your sockets, and rinse the tank with diluted vinegar every week. For commercial quantities review your country’s appliance import terms.

Tank size, voltage and type

Humidifiers in Turkey come as ultrasonic, cool-mist or warm-mist units, with small tanks for children’s rooms and larger ones for living rooms. Check the tank capacity, run time and noise level, confirm the 220 volt rating fits your sockets, and clean the tank regularly to stop mould forming.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the unit goes overland to the four Syrian cities in about two weeks, with the tank emptied and dried before packing. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea depending on size, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, but the box is bulky so it is usually charged by volume rather than weight. Appliance shops ordering several units receive a separate quote.
