Buying the caftan and decor from stores

Buy the caftan, trays and favours from Turkish stores that deliver within the country, and enter our centre address with your box number. If your card is rejected, send the links through Buy for Me and an 8% commission is added to the price of the supplies.

Checking the pieces before dispatch

We open the parcels at the warehouse, match the dresses and veils to your order and photograph them, then they travel overland to Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama and arrive in about two weeks, so count back from the party day.

Weight and price

Embroidered dresses are light but bulky, so a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) holds several pieces, with a reference price of 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded.

Wrapping and timing

Wrap the caftan in tissue paper and keep trays and candles in separate boxes, and order at least three weeks before the event. For commercial quantities, review your country’s import terms.

What a henna night needs and when to order

A henna night usually involves an embroidered caftan or dress, a veil, henna trays, candles and favours for the guests. List the pieces and sizes before ordering, fix the event date to know the last safe purchase date, and check the dress size because returns between countries are hard.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the pieces travel overland to Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama in about two weeks, so leave a time margin before the party. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba, and road suits a close date better. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, the safest option for an approaching event. Party planners ordering favours in bulk receive a separate quote.
