Ordering the headphones from an electronics store

Order the headphones from a Turkish electronics store that delivers within the country and enter our centre details with your box number. If your card is declined, send the link through Buy for Me and an 8% commission is added to the headphones price.

Testing the sound before dispatch

We open the box at the warehouse and run the headphones to check both sides, the Bluetooth link and the battery charge, then photograph them, and they travel overland to Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama and arrive in about two weeks.

Working out the carton and price

Headphones are light, so a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) holds several boxes, with a reference price of 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded.

Warranty and compatibility

Keep the purchase invoice because a Turkish dealer warranty often does not apply outside Turkey, and confirm the Bluetooth version and charging port. For commercial quantities, review your country’s import terms.

Type, noise isolation and connection

Headphones come as wireless Bluetooth models or wired ones with a 3.5 mm jack, and as closed-back sets that isolate sound or open-back sets with a wider sound field. Check battery life in hours, whether noise cancelling is included, whether there is a microphone for calls, and the Bluetooth version.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the headphones travel overland to Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama in about two weeks, kept in their original box to protect the leather cushions. Jordan: Jordan is by road or sea depending on quantity, with delivery in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and wireless sets face lithium-battery limits so ask before sending. Electronics shops buying dozens of units are quoted separately.
