Ordering the straightener from a grooming-device store

Choose the device at a specialist Turkish store and enter our centre’s address and your box number. If the card does not go through, send us the link via Buy for Me and an 8% commission is added to the device price.

Checking before it heads to Syria

We open the parcel at the warehouse and switch the device on briefly to see that the plates heat evenly, then it goes overland to Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama and lands within about two weeks.

Working out the carton

A medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) holds several devices with their boxes, with a reference price of 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded.

Voltage and plug

Check the operating voltage printed on the device and the plug type at home before ordering. For quantities meant for resale, review your country’s import terms.

Plates, heat and warm-up time

Plates come in ceramic, titanium or tourmaline, and tourmaline is kinder to coloured hair. What matters is clear heat steps, a ready light and a swivel cord that does not tangle. Before switching on, check the voltage printed on the label and that it matches your home supply.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: the straightener takes the land route to Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama in about two weeks, and is wrapped only once fully cool with the cord tied away from the plates. Jordan: pickup is in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba, by road or sea depending on the order size. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul it arrives in 3 to 5 days, possibly stretching to a week at peak times. Salons that order several units get separate pricing.
