How the bags reach Syria

Parcels cross by road to Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama in about two weeks. Open the carton at hand-over and check the zips and stitching before you sign.

Price of a small carton

The reference for a 60×40×40 cm carton up to 15 kg is 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded. Folded bags pack in large numbers per carton.

Storing and airing

Hang clothes after pressing and make sure they are fully dry before closing the bag. A small desiccant sachet cuts damp in warm wardrobes.

Length and material before ordering

Garment bags include the hanging suit bag with a long zip, the clear bag for an evening dress, and non-woven wardrobe covers. Measure your longest piece before buying, since a man’s suit needs about 100 cm and a wedding gown well over 150 cm. Watch the material too: non-woven breathes and suits long storage, while plastic traps moisture.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: overland in about two weeks to Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama, with the bags folded into a small carton. Jordan: land or sea depending on quantity, delivered in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and because the bags weigh little, volume sets the freight cost. Tailors and dry-cleaning shops ordering quantities get a separate quote.
