The cards’ route to Syria

Sets travel by road and reach Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama after roughly two weeks. Count the cards on receipt and confirm the box is not damp.

Light weight, steady price

Paper cards are light, so the carton is charged by size. The reference for a 60×40×40 cm carton up to 15 kg is 15 to 20 dollars by region, customs excluded.

Protecting the edges

Sets are packed tight in their boxes and surrounded by stiff cardboard so no edge bends. Nurseries get a separate quote.

Age range and language before ordering

Flash cards suit a set age: large pictures and few words for toddlers, numbers, letters and words for older children. Check the card language, thickness and whether the corners are rounded, and whether they come in a sealed box. Sets are sold by card count, so compare the count rather than the box size.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: overland in about two weeks, with sets reaching Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama in a light carton. Jordan: land or sea depending on quantity, delivered in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba. The Gulf: by air from Istanbul in 3 to 5 days, and paper cards are light so they add little cost. Nurseries and schools ordering many sets get a separate quote.
