How crepe makers reach Syria

The shipment rides overland for about two weeks and arrives in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama. On receipt check the plate for scratches and the cord and plug for breaks, confirm the spreader and wooden rake are in the box, and photograph any shortfall before you sign.

Size and a reference price

The machine is fairly compact, so actual weight is usually enough. The medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) is a reference 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded, and it can be combined with small kitchen appliances in the same parcel.

Voltage and surface care

Check the voltage and plug type for your country before ordering, and use a wooden or silicone tool so the non-stick coating is not scratched. Syria may add charges by value and quantity, and cafes and dessert shops are quoted separately.

Diameter and surface before ordering

A crepe maker is chosen by plate diameter, coating type and heating power: a wider plate makes bigger crepes but weighs more and uses more electricity. Check whether a batter spreader and a wooden rake come with it and whether the cord detaches, since these details ease use and packing.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: crepe makers arrive by land after about two weeks in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama, and stay in the original carton so the surface is not scratched. Jordan: land suits Amman, Irbid and Aqaba, and sea suits restaurant and cafe orders with several machines. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman: air from Istanbul suits a single machine, which can be combined with small kitchen appliances in one parcel. Charges may apply in each country by value and quantity, and cafes and dessert shops get a separate quote.
