How camera bags reach Syria

They travel by land for about two weeks after the shipment leaves and are delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama. Open the bag on arrival and check the zips, the stitching and the dividers, fit your camera in it to confirm the size, and photograph any fault before you sign.

Light bags with a large volume

A bag is light but bulkier than its weight, and shipping is charged on size and weight together. A medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) with a reference price of 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded, holds one or two bags, so put small items inside them to use the space.

Size and dividers

Measure the camera with its longest lens attached and compare it with the inner dimensions of the bag, not the outer ones. Movable dividers let you arrange lenses for your kit; backpacks suit long trips and shoulder bags are quicker to use. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.

Inner size and padding before ordering

A camera bag is chosen by its inner size, not the outer: measure the body with the longest lens and add room for dividers, check the padding thickness and that there is a rain cover and sturdy zips, and open the bag on arrival and fit your kit in it.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: camera bags arrive by land after about two weeks in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama, and they are light but bulkier than their weight, so count their space inside the carton. Jordan: land suits Amman, Irbid and Zarqa, and the empty space inside a bag can hold small items. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman: air from Istanbul suits one or two bags, and note that shipping counts volume and not weight alone. Charges may apply in each country by value and quantity, and shops get a separate quote.
