Ordering bidet sprayers from a Turkish store

Read the connector size, the valve type, the hose length and material and the head material, and whether a holder and gaskets come with it. Enter the receiving-centre address with your box number at checkout, and if the store rejects your card send the links with Buy for Me, and the parcel stays free at the warehouse for 30 days.

How bidet sprayers reach Syria

They travel by land for about two weeks after the shipment leaves and are delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama. Check the gaskets, the head and the hose on receipt, and if the braided metal is cracked photograph it before you sign.

Light, so combine them

A sprayer is light and small, so on its own it hardly justifies a parcel. A medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) with a reference price of 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded, holds dozens of them with other bathroom accessories, so combine orders from the same store.

Thread size and fitting

Check the connector size fits the water outlet in your bathroom; half-inch is common. Chrome-plated brass sprayers last longer than plastic ones, and pick a flexible metal hose of suitable length. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.

Connection type, hose and valve before ordering

A bidet sprayer is chosen by how its connection matches your plumbing: read in the description the thread size (usually half an inch), the valve type (angle valve, single or with a mixer), the hose length and material (braided metal or plastic), the head material (brass, stainless or plastic) and whether a holder and gaskets come with it.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: bidet sprayers arrive by land after about two weeks in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama, light in weight and packed with their hoses in a box, so on receipt check the gaskets and the head and make sure the hose has no sharp kink. Jordan: land suits several sprayers for Amman and Irbid, and they combine easily into a parcel with other sanitary items or bathroom accessories. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman: air from Istanbul suits their light weight, so combine them with other bathroom accessories in one parcel to cut shipping cost, and check before ordering that the connector size matches your plumbing. Charges may apply in each country by value and quantity, and shops and plumbing contractors get a separate quote.
