Ordering bathroom accessories from a Turkish store

Read the material (ceramic, glass, resin or plastic), the inner size of the holder and how it is fixed in the description, and enter the receiving-centre address with your box number at checkout. If the store rejects your card, send the links with Buy for Me, and the parcel stays free at the warehouse for 30 days.

How bathroom accessories reach Syria

They travel by land for about two weeks after the shipment leaves and are delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama. Ceramic and glass pieces are wrapped one by one in bubble wrap inside a double carton, and you track the parcel from your account.

Weight and volume together

Ceramic sets are heavy and need padding that adds volume, so the parcel is charged on the greater of weight and volume. A medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) with a reference price of 15 to 20 US dollars by region, customs excluded, holds several sets, while mats and curtains are light, so pack them alongside to share the cost.

Anti-breakage packing

Ask for sets to stay in factory boxes with dividers, or for each ceramic and glass piece to be bubble-wrapped inside a double-wall carton marked fragile. Ask for a photo before closing and keep it for a claim if anything arrives broken. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.

Ceramic, glass and sizes before ordering

Soap dispenser, tray and brush-holder sets in ceramic or glass break easily, while plastic and resin ones are lighter and cheaper. Read the material and the inner size of the holder in the description, and whether the piece is fixed with screws, adhesive or stands on a shelf, since that decides what suits your bathroom wall.

Transit, delivery and price by country

Syria: sets arrive by land after about two weeks in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama, and ceramic and glass need double packing that adds volume. Jordan: land or sea freight is cheaper for complete bathroom sets together with mats and curtains in one order, and sea needs stronger packing. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman: air from Istanbul suits small pieces and light plastic, while heavy ceramic should have its weight and volume worked out before ordering. Charges may apply in each country by value and quantity, and hotels and projects ordering quantities get a separate quote.
