Shipping Baby Shoes from Turkey to Syria, Jordan, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia: Cost and Time

What matters when shipping baby shoes

Baby shoes are very light and small, so ship them without boxes to save volume, and combine them with baby clothes and kids shoes in one parcel; air suits them.

Sizing by foot length

Measure your baby foot length in centimetres while standing and add about one centimetre for growth, then use the size chart rather than age. First-step shoes should have a flexible, light, non-slip sole.

Measuring the baby’s foot before ordering

A baby’s foot grows fast, so measure the length in centimetres from the heel to the longest toe and add about half a centimetre for growth, then compare the number with the brand’s size chart rather than the age in months. Turkish sizes differ slightly from European ones, so rely on the length when in doubt.

Soft sole and material

For a baby who is not walking yet, choose a shoe with a soft flexible sole and a cotton or soft leather upper that lets the foot move, closed with a hook-and-loop strap or an elastic that is easy to put on. Avoid hard soles and rough fabrics, and check that the inside has no raised seams.

Light parcel and size risk

Baby shoes are light and small, so put several pairs in consecutive sizes into one parcel instead of separate ones, which keeps the weight and the price low. Since a baby can outgrow a size before the parcel arrives, ask about the return policy before paying.
