What Teknosa is

Teknosa is a Turkish electronics retail chain: phones, computers, headphones, cameras, small home appliances and accessories from many brands. Shoppers may find offers or models that differ from their own country.

What about the warranty?

Warranty on devices bought in Türkiye may be valid only in Türkiye or with specific agents, and may not be serviced in your country. Read the warranty terms on the product page, weigh them against the price difference before buying, and keep the invoice.

Checking power and plugs

Devices are made for the Turkish market with a European plug, so check the voltage and charger range on the product page. Saudi Arabia runs at 60 Hz and most Gulf countries and Jordan at 50 Hz; most phone and laptop chargers accept a wide range, but home appliances may not work properly, so confirm before buying.

Shipping battery devices

Phones, laptops and devices with lithium batteries have special shipping conditions, and loose batteries and power banks are more restricted. Declare them clearly when ordering, keep the device in its original box with protective outer packing, and check it once it reaches Türkiye before international shipping.
