What FLO is

FLO is a Turkish shoe retail chain selling its own labels alongside other local and international brands in one place. So state the brand and model number as shown on the product page, because similar models can be from different brands.

Choosing a shoe size

Measure your foot length in centimeters and compare with that brand’s size chart on the product page, since the same European size can differ between brands. Leave suitable room for sports and kids shoes, and name an alternative size in case yours sells out.

What to check before ordering

Check the upper and sole material and whether the shoe is meant for running, walking or everyday use as the store describes it. Sizes sell out fast during sales, so send the highest price you accept and an alternative size or color.

Why shoeboxes matter in shipping

Shoeboxes make the parcel bulky, so shipping is often charged on dimensional weight. Ask whether shoes can ship without their boxes or in smaller protective packing, and consolidate them with your other purchases in one parcel.
