What you find at DeFacto Türkiye
DeFacto is a Turkish fashion brand for women, men and kids, known for basics, everyday pieces and seasonal offers. The range and prices on the Turkish site can differ from stores outside Türkiye, so compare the same item by its reference number before ordering. Turkish words on the page: Kadın is women, Erkek men, Çocuk kids, Beden Tablosu the size chart, Sepete ekle add to basket and İndirim a reduced price.
Choosing the right size
Do not rely on the size label alone; open the size chart on the item page and compare measurements in centimeters with a garment you own that fits. Cuts differ between lines (slim, regular, relaxed), and name an acceptable alternative size in case yours sells out. DeFacto labels cuts such as Slim, Regular and Oversize on the item page. Choose by the measurements in the chart, not by the number on your usual label.
What happens during sales
During sales sizes sell out fast and the price can change between sending the link and buying. Send the highest price you accept and an alternative color or size, and you will be asked to approve any change in price or option before payment. Sale prices end without notice, so the quote always shows the price at the moment of purchase. Name the highest price you accept for each item.
How the order reaches your country
The order is delivered to the receiving address in Türkiye, then can be combined with purchases from other Turkish stores in one parcel. Check items after they reach Türkiye, since returning after international shipping is harder and costlier. Children’s items are light and small, so a family order of several pieces often fits one carton and splits the shipping across them.
